Alina Simon
General Manager
Elsyng House
General Manager
I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 20 years in various positions, from HCA to Activities Organiser, Nurse to Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. I come from a nursing background, and at heart, I will always be a Nurse with a deep passion for looking after vulnerable people and enriching people’s lives, as I believe that in my work, we only get one chance to get it right. I am very proud to be part of the Elsyng House Family, and I was amazed at the incredible support I have received from my colleagues, residents, and relatives. I enjoy seeing the residents happy and well looked after, and I am proud to be able to lead the team in reaching an excellent standard of care.

Elsyng House
Senior Client Relations Manager
I have supported Care Homes for over 9 years and previously worked in Leisure and HR. My role is to effectively manage the occupancy levels at our Essex and North London care homes and build positive relationships with residents, families and external contacts in the community.
I work closely with the marketing department and our lifestyles teams to ensure our services are promoted to reflect the excellent care and support we provide. The residents are our extended family who we love to nurture and share daily life with whilst keeping them safe and well. I’m always delighted to meet new families and support their journey.
