Alina Simon
General Manager
I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 20 years in various positions, from HCA to Activities Organiser, Nurse to Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. I come from a nursing background, and at heart, I will always be a Nurse with a deep passion for looking after vulnerable people and enriching people’s lives, as I believe that in my work, we only get one chance to get it right. I am very proud to be part of the Elsyng House Family, and I was amazed at the incredible support I have received from my colleagues, residents, and relatives. I enjoy seeing the residents happy and well looked after, and I am proud to be able to lead the team in reaching an excellent standard of care. -
Ron Sinikliyski
Deputy Manager
I completed my medical training in Greece and have worked my way up from Lifestyles Manager to Unit Manager, to Head of Residential and Memory Care overseeing the care on the memory floor, to now Deputy Manager at Elsyng House. I prefer to work with people holistically, and I am a Reiki Master and a Qi Gong Master. I have also volunteered with Marie Curie and St Thomas's Hospital, emotionally supporting people with end-of-life wishes, care and guidance. I'm very proud and grateful to be able to work in care, and I love to support both residents and team members' well-being. I like to encourage residents to come into our home and live better, take up opportunities offered by the care home and enjoy life. -
Kyril Drozdov
Head Chef
I have an outstanding career working alongside some of the best chefs in some of London’s most iconic restaurants. I started as a part-time Kitchen Assistant, but my career really took off in 2006 when I joined Marco Pierre White’s famous Michelin starred Mirabelle restaurant in Mayfair, London, a restaurant where A-list celebrities were frequently spotted. Food is a big part of who we are. We associate food from our childhood with warm feelings and good memories, holding a special and personal value to us. I would like to contribute to that experience and make a positive difference in people’s life. -
Fiona Heneghan
Senior Client Relations Manager
I have supported Care Homes for over 9 years and previously worked in Leisure and HR. My role is to effectively manage the occupancy levels at our Essex and North London care homes and build positive relationships with residents, families and external contacts in the community. I work closely with the marketing department and our lifestyles teams to ensure our services are promoted to reflect the excellent care and support we provide. The residents are our extended family who we love to nurture and share daily life with whilst keeping them safe and well. I’m always delighted to meet new families and support their journey.
