Aaron has worked in the Care Sector for almost 15 years in various Management roles at both Home and Regional levels. As an experienced Project Manager, Aaron ensures the business has the tools and services it requires, from IT infrastructure to systems and equipment.
Aaron oversees new system implementations throughout the group and during the building and commissioning of new Homes, ensuring the Homes have everything they need to operate and that everything works as it should.
A graduate of Environmental Management from Durham University, Aaron has always had a passion for sustainability and Environmental awareness. He leads the Green Committee at Oakland Care to ensure we deliver our services sustainably.
Outside of work, Aaron has three young children and enjoys trips out and family time. He is regularly found stuck in building and gardening projects at home.
Jon has worked for Oakland Care since July 2022. He joined with over ten years of experience within the Healthcare Sector, recruiting the best care, nursing and ancillary staff. Prior to joining Oakland Care Jon has worked for other luxury care groups, care agencies, the banking industry, retail outlets and the construction industry.
As Head of Recruitment, Jon is responsible for managing our vacancies, job offers, compliance, onboarding, and attending local recruitment events. In his spare time Jon enjoys spending time with his family in Yorkshire at the family caravan located in the Yorkshire Dales.
Offering a fundamental wealth of previous experience in a multitude of Michelin & Rosette acclaimed establishments worldwide, including overseeing and leading 14 years of corporate luxury care catering operations for premium care providers, my position as Group Executive Chef at Oakland Care delivers a vision of excellence, dedication, and firm commitment to providing the very best dining experience for both catering team members and residents.
As an Executive Chef, I am responsible for generating feedback from all Oakland Care Homes to support the construction and delivery of our food quality provisions. I also lead and am instrumental in coaching and mentoring Oakland’s regional support team and community-based kitchen teams to ensure the elevation of standards and exceed expectations to provide the very best home dining experience.
I have worked in healthcare for 13 years, moving from a career in plumbing and heating to working in healthcare as a Maintenance Manager in 2011. I have worked for Oakland Care for Oakland Care for ten years, commissioning eight homes and supporting an amazing maintenance team on a rewarding journey. I work with a great team that has helped me develop over the years, and I am very proud to be part of the Oaklandcare family.
Debbie is a Human Resources professional with extensive management experience working in the private sector and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel (MCIPD). Debbie joined Oakland Care in December 2022 and is the Head of People working with the HR Team to support our homes.
Before joining Oakland Care, Debbie worked in the retail sector in both Operations and HR Management, hospitality, and the private services sectors.
