At Oakland Care, we provide bespoke, person-centred care for residents needing residential, nursing, memory, or respite care. Every individual is unique — and so is the care we provide.
Our experienced team works closely with residents to support their independence and help them maintain important daily living skills, while ensuring they receive the right level of care and support.
Care is delivered by a compassionate, well-trained team and supported by a multi-disciplinary network, including GPs, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals and Local Health Authorities (when needed).
This collaborative model ensures each resident receives the most comprehensive and coordinated care possible.
