Live life to the fullest
Out and about
Our varied and full activities timetable will be delivered by our dedicated Lifestyles team with input from residents at the home. Regular trips to local attractions such as markets, historic houses, theatres and more add lots of variety to the range of activities to choose from. The choice is all yours. Simply pick the events and activities that you want to be part of.
Fit and active
Different people have different capabilities and so our exercise and well-being activities cater for everyone. We even have chair-based exercises available that help to keep your body flexible and improve your overall wellness. Some exercises are particularly suited to people living with dementia and we also welcome non-residents who live locally to visit and take part in these activities.
Pet therapy is very popular with many of our residents. We welcome different animals from bunnies and dogs, to birds and even lambs, to give residents the opportunity to interact with these wonderful friendly animals. We have seen that this has a positive effect on well-being and helps to prevent feelings of isolation and loneliness. Pets equal happiness!
