Nursing Care
Our nursing care is designed for residents who have more complex medical needs that require regular supervision and planning by a Registered Nurse. All our homes offer 24/7 access to a Registered Nurse, supported by our highly trained care teams, ensuring continuous care at all times.
Residential Care
Our residential care supports residents who do not need nursing care but still benefit from day-to-day help and companionship. Care is delivered by our skilled care team, creating a safe and comfortable home environment. If a resident’s needs change over time, there’s no need to move — we can transition to nursing care within the same home, offering peace of mind and continuity of care.

Nursing Support Around the Clock
Each of our homes has 24-hour access to Registered Nurses, supported by a skilled care team. Our facilities include:
- 24-hour call bell monitoring
- Electronic care plans and medication systems
- Pressure-relieving equipment
- On-site access to external Allied Healthcare Professionals
We also use advanced AI technology to support care delivery, including pain assessment tools and a new falls monitoring system currently being trialled. While AI will never replace personal care, it helps our team provide faster, more accurate support for our residents.

At Oakland Care, we provide dedicated 24-hour memory care for individuals living with dementia and other memory-related conditions. Our compassionate care team members are appropriately trained and experienced in supporting residents through every stage of their journey.
