Our Osbern Manor Care Home VIP event in Wigmore, Kent, was officially opened by Brigadier Andrew Wood TD DI VR who cut a ceremonial ribbon to officially open the home with our CEO, Joanne Balmer (BEM), Claudiu Lucean, General Manager and founding resident.
The opening was attended by local Councillors, NHS partners, Fairview Community Primary School, local businesses from the community and the home’s first residents and their family members.
Guests were entertained with performances by the local Fairview Community Primary School and Yesteryear Entertainment by “Lest we Forget” singers, who entertained guests with their beautiful songs, voices and violin playing, as guests enjoyed prosecco, cocktails and canapés.
Welcome speeches were given by our CEO, Joanne Balmer (BEM) and Claudiu Lucean, General Manager of Osbern Manor.
The opening event at Osbern Manor was an opportunity for guests to explore the unique features of our care home. These include an air-conditioned café bistro with a serene courtyard garden, a cinema for entertainment, a hair salon and barbers with a dedicated nail room, a family room for gatherings, multiple air-conditioned lounges, one with balcony access for a breath of fresh air, and beautifully landscaped garden areas.
Well done to the team, led by Bashir Jamal, Group Commissioning Manager, for hosting a fantastic VIP event.
We look forward to welcoming you to Osbern Manor Care Home
