In this edition, we are delighted to present our Head Chef, Kyril Drozdov. Kyril’s culinary journey is nothing short of inspiring. With an outstanding career that has seen him working alongside some of the best chefs in London’s most iconic restaurants, Kyril’s passion for food and culinary expertise is truly remarkable.

His culinary career took off in 2006 when he joined Marco Pierre White’s famous Michelin-starred Mirabelle restaurant in Mayfair, London, where A-list celebrities were frequently spotted.

For Kyril, food is not just about flavours and presentation; it’s about creating experiences and evoking emotions. He believes that food holds a special and personal value to each of us, often associated with warm feelings and good memories.
