Beechwood Grove Care Home Celebrates Grandparents’ Day

Our #BeechwoodGrove Care Home hosted a celebratory event in honour of #GrandparentsDay.  The event featured an afternoon tea to pay tribute to the extraordinary role that grandparents play in the lives of their families.

We recognise that grandparents are caregivers and teachers, allies, playmates, historians, and role models and play a significant role in many of their children’s and grandchildren’s lives.  It was a wonderful occasion to celebrate all that they do and have done!

As families celebrated with their loved ones, they were treated to a delightful spread prepared by the dedicated catering and lifestyles team. This provided a perfect setting for creating cherished memories as they spent this special time together.

It’s important to recognise that the love and support provided by grandparents are truly remarkable, not just on Grandparents Day, but every single day.
