A Magical Christmas at Our Oakland Care Homes

As our Care Homes enjoy the holiday season, Oakland Care Homes have once again enjoyed unforgettable Christmas celebrations filled with warmth, love, and joy. This year, each home brought its unique festive spirit, ensuring that residents celebrated this special time with family, friends, and holiday cheer.

Beechwood Grove captured the essence of Christmas this year! The atmosphere was warm and fun as residents gathered, surrounded by their loved ones. A delicious Christmas dinner was served, and the toasts made with champagne and canapés filled the air with laughter and happiness. Residents raised their glasses to celebrate a day brimming with love and togetherness.

To add a cosy touch to the festivities, the day concluded with a Christmas film, bringing everyone together in the spirit of holiday magic. The smiles and laughter shared during this time created beautiful memories that will be cherished long after the season has passed. Residents at Osbern Manor enjoyed a magical day with Father Christmas and his trusty elf, sparking delightful conversations about the true meaning of Christmas and sharing laughter over the “good or naughty” discussions.

Meanwhile, Maplewood Court buzzed with excitement as the week leading up to Christmas was packed with activities, from festive aerobics to a delightful trip to Millbrook Garden Centre.

At Hastings Grove, the community celebrated together, with team members and family members delivering presents and sharing a traditional Christmas lunch lovingly prepared by the kitchen team.

Elmbrook Court was alive with festive cheer as team members and residents shared joyful moments with visiting families, creating a truly wonderful atmosphere.

Finally, Elsyng House brought joy with special visits from Santa and his elf, who spread happiness by distributing presents to everyone. Each home ensured that the spirit of Christmas filled every room, no matter the size.
