  • Medical appointments are coordinated by the home and will be arranged for you. Under normal circumstances we encourage family members to attend these with you wherever possible. In the event that you don’t have anyone to accompany you to an appointment, we can arrange someone to attend with you with sufficient notice, normally 72hrs.
